Ying Kuelbo

Ying Kuelbo is the King of the Tully Tribe in Northern Kai.

Appearance[]

Titia is the sister of Kuelbo, and before her death was said to be the Warrior Goddess of the Tully Tribe. He says that Yona reminds him of her.

She is Kuelbo's wife. He trusts her to watch over Yona while he sets off to battle.^[1]
