At first it makes the people feel good, then later it make them violent, crazy and bloodthirsty. they can start fight each other and kill each other with out warning and when a person taken the drug too many times, it becomes hard to give up.
The South Kai smuggles this drug not only to gain Money, but also though gain soldiers. Because when a person takes too much of the drug, they Do anything to get more of it. That's whatever it takes and Drug Puppets also does not feel pain. So an enemy can keeps on fighting until Drug Puppet knock out unconscious or killed.
